Luigi`s Family Restaurant in Runnemede

This restaurant is my preferred one. I visit many restaurants but to this one I constantly return again and again. The team is very professional and the food they cook is so tasty. I never miss an opportunity to have a nice meal in this place. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Food isn’t anything special and the owner is real sleezy, runs it like a sweatshop! Steer clear and go to Marinos or Maggio’s in Deptford!

I admire this restaurant! They give splendid dishes, their menu is decent, The chief cook in that place is a real pro, I enjoy very much tasting all their food. The dishes are consistently tasty, the attitude towards the customers is agreeable. I go often to this place and I not even once was disappointed. I highly recommend it.

Best food around

Food is good however DO NOT order online and have the restaurant deliver to you. Food took 2 hours to arrive and it was cold!! If you order for delivery, order through GrubHub and pay extra, it's worth it.

One of the best local restaurants. I will definitely return to this restaurant. The waitress, Mariah, is awesome. She makes you feel like your family. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this resturant. I ordered Pesto Pasta... not on the menu but Luigi made it for me. I enjoyed it.

I go to this outstanding restaurant from time to time since I enjoy the good air that is part of this restaurant. The crew is exceptionally helpful and well trained. The service is certainly rapid. Needless to say, the food they serve is outstanding. I visited often and I was always joyful. The expense is reasobable. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends.

If you're looking for high-quality Italian food, pizza, etc., then take the time to go to Luigi's...you won't be disappointed.

Got home late, ordered at 10:01pm10:59pm I’m calling the store asking where the food is bc I got one persons food here and missing two orders of pasta ( for my kids. )Guy came back With the rest of the food at 1125-ish.It was gross 🤢🤮Sauce on the pasta tasted like crushed tomatoes from a jar that hadn’t been cooked or seasoned

Never again and I mean never!!! Horrible service. The cashier was extremely rude and incompetent. She wrote down my cc number and couldn’t give me a straight answer when I asked them to shred it. Started giving me a huge attitude. That’s enough right there for me to cancel my order. She charged my card afterward anyway and said she doesn’t know how to process a refund and I have to wait until the owner gets back. They said the owner was currently “unreachable”. I asked for her name and she paused and gave me an even bigger attitude when I asked again. I know it’s just a pizza shop, but you need more pleasant employees if you want repeat customers.Yeah goodbye, Luigis!

I normally never ever left a review before but listen here, I Tried Luigi’s food for the first time tonight and let me say it was AMAZING 😉 so fresh and hot, very tasty! The seafood pizza is incredible and so much seafood!!!!! Not stingy at all!!!! And the Alfredo sauce was so authentic tasting, thank you to the chef for actually taking pride in making the food! You can def tell they put love into there food!!! Def. my new go to pizza shop for sure!!!!

I must say I have been a longtime customer for over 7 years. The last deliveries have been terrible to day the very least. Today ordered dry wings extra dry extra well done. So the food comes, with extra sauce.I call to tell them and they say they will make more wings but i need to return the sauced ones so they can throw them away? So with covid im not sure why they would take back food that is a messed up order. But ok... so then the driver comes back with the dry wings, but the sauces that they packed with the dry wings completely spilled all over them anyway and the driver insisted that i take the wet wings again anyway. The sauces completely soaked theough the paper bag all over the ground etc.

Best chicken tenders ever

We were celebrating my 10 year old Goddaughters birthday. We had a lovely time at the beach and this was her first time seeing the ocean. We stopped at Luigi’s because it was a family owned restaurant. They had her favorite, fettuccine Alfredo. We ordered three orders of the fettuccine and one of spaghetti and meatballs. It took over an hour and 20 minutes. The 2 soups came out 15 minutes apart from each other. We were famished. My Goddaughter loves to eat and is not picky. She ate one bite and said it was horrible. Her mother threw up twice and my spaghetti and meatballs was disgusting. I tried very hard to like it. We complained to the staff. They were not helpful. We paid more than we should have and left hungry. Never, ever again. Ever.

Went three for dinner with my daughter. She had the small 12" 6 slice pizza and loved it. I got the jumbo crab meat vodka pasta. It was so good. The people was very nice and respectful. They was even very patient with my daughter.

Best pizza in the area. great service. we visit here at least once a week . plenty of space for a big group inside. Always Very clean .

The food is some of the best that i have had in awhile. Everything is made to order. The chef is amazing. The waitress are so dedicated to the customer. I woould recommend them highly.

This has been our go-to pizza place until we had horrible customer service today. My order was wrong and they refused to fix it because my order was placed online. Very rude and condescending. We won’t support them again.

Delicious pizza and other Italian specialties. Whether dine in or delivery, the food is always delicious. The service is warm, friendly and never intrusive. We just celebrated a birthday there and my young adult son couldn't be happier. It's not fancy, but you won't leave hungry!

Horrible service sent my wings wrong so called n asked make rite the wings came so over done n they tell me o well real nice 32 dollars for a lil cheese stake couldn't even eat the wings wht a dump I'll never order there again that's the thanks I get ordering to help small businesses in these times

Excellent Pizza, friendly service

We have always ordered from luigis for years, we just ordered and called in for 20 boneless wings they said we have 6.12.18. Or 24 I said well take 18 with bbq sauce. They deliver it about 45 minutes later when we receive it there soggy bone in wings so I call back and ask for boneless they say okay they’ll be delivered but they want the old wings back. So the delivery guy comes about 35 minutes later with the right thing and was super rude and basically said for me to give him the old wings before he gave me the right ones I said no give me those and I’ll give you the old ones it was very odd. ( we obviously were going to give them to him) but why would you want the old wings back just so you can throw them away and we have ordered from there for years we won’t be ordering anymore it was a very uncomfortable situation.

I have spent 1000's of dollars at Luigi's in the last 5 years but no more. I am completely disappointed on how much of a rip off this restaurant has become. It's way over priced for they give you. This is and example 9 dollars for fried pickles and look at my photo on yelp. How can you charge 9 dollars for that!!! Unreasonable!!

My husband and I took the kiddos to Luigi’s for dinner this evening! There really aren’t any words! The food was aaaamazing! Service was astonishing! What an amazing, cozy restaurant! You really feel like you’re eating at your grandmothers house! We would totally recommend this hidden gem to all of our friends and family! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Thank you to the entire restaurant staff for an amazing meal and a “like home” feel! Keep up the amazing work guys!!

The BEST! Pizza, sandwiches, meals..there are none better. Large portions and don't forget his delicious fresh salads.

Ordered thirty dollar pasta and it came in a heaping bowl of straight up butter. We ordered food from Luigi's during a movie night. Thankfully, I eventually shined the light on what I was eating, because I knew something was not right. Not only was this gross but it is completely unhealthy. In addition to this, we placed two orders for a caprese salad and confirmed on the phone that the salad did not come with onions. BOTH salads had a heaping amount of onions on it, along with olives and a bunch of other things, which is not a caprese salad. We spent almost 60 dollars on food here and the owner/manager refuses to fully reimburse us, which is awful business considering the manager herself said she would have asked to be refunded as well. Bad food and bad business.

Absolutely disgusting! Never again will they be blessed with my presence nor hard earned cash. The food nearly made me throw up and the prices were astronomically insane. One would think that the corresponding high prices would equate to a phenomenal, once in a lifetime experience..one to be truly valued... Not here. You may want to try another restaurant.

My fianceé went in and got 2 cheese slices and 2 sodas. He was neglected by the counter worker saying they won't refund his money for the special. Also, they're "bosses" don't ENCOURAGE them to advise about the special. Thats just bad business.

Ordered medium-cheese pizza. It was thoroughly burnt and tasted awful. Definitely open the box and check out the food before you leave this place. Or better yet, just don't go here. There are 3 better pizza spots within 5 minutes.

Where do we start? Their delivery range is extensive and they have an option to order online, staff is always friendly, and their food is always fresh and delicious! My husband and I recommend the burgers. We usually don't have room for the yummy fries (curly or regular) because the burgers are huge, the bun is soft, the patty is delicious, and the toppings are generous. When we treat ourselves nowadays it's always a Luigi burger!
